This song is about cultivating my mind… as the saying goes, “your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds”. Temixoch, or “flowery dream”, is the Aztec name given to the hallucinatory state of consciousness. Sometimes we need a little help rewiring our minds, resetting our pathways for happiness and balance. I felt that my experiences with entheogenic plants such as ayahuasca provided a rich environment for beautiful flowery dreams to grow! May we reach heavenly heights through earthly delights!
